Man City vs Arsenal given new date as Premier League TV schedule for March released

Arsenal will travel to Manchester City on Sunday, March 31 after the Premier League title showdown was picked for television coverage.

The league has released the full fixture list for next month having only initially released the first weekend's schedule in an update just over a week ago.

The Gunners will be hoping the trip to Etihad Stadium comes with their team still in the thick of the title race, after they beat Liverpool on Sunday. City make up the first of their two games in hand away to Brentford on Monday night.

Sky Sports have picked the fixture for the primetime 4.30pm kick-off at the end of next month, on a day that could prove pivotal for the destination of the trophy as Liverpool host Brighton in the early afternoon match.

Earlier in the month, Liverpool will welcome Man City to Anfield in a 3.45pm clash on Sunday, March 10.

All four of Arsenal's games in March will be on TV in the UK. After a Monday night trip to Sheffield United on March 4, they face a home game against Brentford in the Saturday evening slot on March 9 before a lunchtime kick-off away to Chelsea a week later and the international break leading into the City clash.

West Ham have been handed the unwanted honour of playing away on the Saturday lunchtime match after the internationals, with their longest trip of the season to Newcastle awaiting them in a 12.30pm kick-off.
