Goodwin was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse last night to make room on the Washington Nationals roster for Joe Rosss return, but this afternoon, the Nationals recalled Goodwin with Chris Heisey landing on the 10-Day DL with a right biceps rupture. No word on how Heisey suffered the injury, with reports from Nationals Park saying he was out on the field before tonights game.
