LSU CB Derek Stingley Jr. reintroduces himself at pro day workout

From the moment Derek Stingley Jr. hit the field for LSU, he was the best cornerback in the nation.

Even as a true freshman playing in the SEC, Stingley was dominant in his first action at the highest level of college football, shutting down some of the country’s best receivers on a weekly basis.

Unfortunately, injuries and inconsistency have marred the two seasons since for Stingley, leaving his draft stock with more questions than answers heading into the 2022 NFL draft.

At least that felt like the case until his pro day workout Wednesday, when Stingley reminded everyone what kind of athletic traits he’s bringing to the next level:
