LSU’s Alexis Morris shares thoughts on transitioning from college to pros

Alexis Morris is coming off a stellar performance at LSU culminating in the first basketball national championship for the program, men’s or women’s. Morris was also drafted No. 22 overall by the Connecticut Sun in the 2023 WNBA draft.

However, not all players who are drafted and invited to training camps make a WNBA roster. Training camp starts April 30 and Morris shared her thoughts on the transition from college to professional basketball. Morris mentions the style of play in college can either help or hurt you in the WNBA.

Las Vegas Aces Kelsey Plum commented on the video: “Watchu think I’m tryin to do.” Plum is referring to the Dawg Class she created with Under Armour to help ease the transition from college basketball to pros.
