Louisiana softball vs. Washington: Live updates from Seattle Super Regional
The unpredictability factor in the Seattle Super Regional may be higher than any other site for the second weekend of the 2023 NCAA Softball Tournament.
Both Louisiana softball and No. 7 national seed and host Washington had last-inning rallies to emerge from their respective regionals last week. UL and and the Huskies open up play Friday night (9 p.m., ESPN2).
The Cajuns (50-14) beat LSU twice to advance. The Huskies trailed 6-0 to McNeese in the deciding Game 7 at home before scoring seven in top of the seventh to survive.
Expect plenty of runs scored between both UL and Washington over the course of the Seattle Super Regional as both offenses are hot coming in.
