Game recap: Colts rally from 23 points down but lose to Rams in overtime

The Indianapolis Colts host the Los Angeles Rams in NFL Week 4 action, and we have score updates and video highlights.

The Colts (2-1) have won the past two games, including an overtime victory over the Baltimore Ravens behind five Matt Gay field goals, four of them from 50+ yards. Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson is scheduled to return from a concussion today, but the Colts' offensive line has been hit with injuries.

The Rams (1-2) have lost two in a row, most recently to the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night. Matthew Stafford was under siege in the second half of that game with two injured offensive linemen, and left tackle Alaric Jackson is out.

The Colts rally from a 23-point deficit to force overtime before falling to 2-2.

Matthew Stafford hits Puka Nacua on a 22-pass in the middle on the first drive of overtime.

Anthony Richardson goes 11-of-25 passing for 200 yards and touchdowns to Mo Alie-Cox and Drew Ogletree. Richardson also rushes for 56 yards and a 1-yard score. Zack Moss carries 18 times for 70 yards.

Matthew Stafford goes 27-of-40 for 319 yards, and Kenny Moore II intercepts him. Kyren Williams carries 25 times for 103 yards, while Luka Pacau has 9 catches for 163 yards, including the winning touchdown.

The Rams led 23-0 after Brett Maher's 51-yard field goal midway through the third quarter before the Colts' rally to tie it with 1:56 to go in regulation.

Dallis Flowers leaves the game in overtime after suffering a non-contact leg injury.

Aaron Donald is creating havoc along the Colts offensive line. Indy's only first down on its opening drive of the second half comes on a Rams penalty.

The Colts offense scuffles and the defense gets torched.

Kyren Williams scores 3-yard rushing touchdowns on the first two Rams drives, both of which are aided by Colts defensive personal fouls.

Matthew Stafford is 14-of-18 for 185 yards, with rookie Puka Nacau getting 5 catches for 98 yards. Williams has 17 carries for 76 yards.
