Lenawee County high school sports this week
The temperatures are back up and conference races are heating up as well in Lenawee County high school spring sports.
Here's a look at what's happened this week:
MONDAY
Baseball
Chelsea at Tecumseh (DH)
Tecumseh got a big sweep of Chelsea in an SEC White doubleheader, beating the Bulldogs 3-2 and 10-8.
Tyler Clement got the win in Game 1 tossing a complete game, allowing two runs, on five hits and three walks while striking out four.
Rocco Williams delivered the big hit in Game 1 with a two-run single.
Palmer Ziemer got the win in Game 2 as he got the final two outs of the sixth before Connor Adamski got the save.
Connor Bullinger was 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBIs while Jeremy Bennett went 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and three runs and Clement went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs. Bryan Covel went 2-for-4 with an RBI, Ramiro Perez was 2-for-3 and Max Bledsoe went 1-for-2 with an RBI double.
Adrian 15, Jackson 0, 4 inn.
ADRIAN — The Maples cruised against Jackson to pick up an SEC White in the series opener.
Sean Parker didn't allow a hit or walk in four innings while striking out eight. Parker also doubled in the game while Tyler Bruggeman, Maverick Slavin and Gary Kemerer all had two hits.
Adrian led 6-1 in Game 2, but play was suspended to Wednesday at Jackson due to rain.
Sand Creek 4, Madison 3, 5 inn.
MADISON TWP. — The Aggies picked up a non-conference win against former league foe, Madison.
The game was called due to rain and Game 2 was canceled.
Carson Preston was 2-for-2 for Sand Creek with a run while Ivan Wilkinson added a double and Andon Sutherland got the win on the mound.
Brian Dopp had two hits with a double and an RBI for the Trojans while Norman Frederick took the loss.
Addison at Homer (DH)
The Panthers split a pair of Cascades Conference West Division games, falling 8-7 before winning 22-8.
Jaxen Sword went 4-for-5 with a double, five RBIs and two runs in the win while Josh Ray hit a double and drove in three runs and scored three runs. Brodi Keegan went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and three runs.
Logan Jewell got the win with five runs, on seven hits and striking out two in four innings.
Sword also went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBIs in Game 1 while Ray hit an RBI double and Levi Chestney hit a double as well. Jacob Wright took the loss on the mound.
Softball
Sand Creek at Madison (DH)
The Aggies won a pair of non-league games against the Trojans, topping old league foe Madison, 14-4 and 16-13.
Sand Creek trailed 13-8 in the final inning of Game 2 and scored eight runs for the win.
Maddie Osburn, Makenna Wheeler and Scout Robinson all had two hits in Game 1 with Osburn's being a home run while Lily Hawkins hit a home run and Claire Pickens hit a grand slam.
Wheeler, Hawkins and Emma Pifer all had two hits in Game 2. Hawkins and Pickens got the wins.
Camylie Sower took the loss in both games while Caylan Sower went 4-for-6 on the day with a home run, double, two RBIs and five runs. Macie Kilpatrick went 4-for-5 with two doubles and three RBIs.
Mya Solis went 2-for-2 with a run in Game 1 while Jamairiah Powers went 2-for-3 with a double, four RBIs and a run in Game 2.
Chelsea at Tecumseh (DH)
Tecumseh got the win against the Bulldogs in Game 1, 12-8, before ending in a tie due to darkness in Game 2, 8-8.
Jessie Wilkinson delivered a big boost in Game 1 with a home run as she went 2-for-2 with three RBIs and three run. Wendy Ketola was 3-for-4 with a double, three RBIs and two runs while Emma Leitner went 3-for-4 with a double and three runs and Bella Juozapaitis went 2-for-4 with a two doubles and two RBIs.
Lucy Whelan went 2-for-4 with a run and Lauren Kilbarger went 2-for-4 with two runs. Allison Feuerbacher got the win while Leitner got the save, going 3.1 innings and giving up no runs, four hits and striking out four.
Ketola hit a home run with three RBIs in Game 2 while Juozapaitis hit two more doubles with an RBI, Whelan went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs and Kilbarger went 2-for-3 with a run.
Jackson at Adrian (DH)
The Maples won a pair of SEC White games, beating the Vikings 15-0 and 22-6.
Adrian drew 14 walks in Game 1 while Elaine Gordon hit a triple and Ciara Ernst got the win, tossing five shutout innings with five hits, no walks and seven strikeouts.
Hailey Vetitoe and Ernst hit inside the park home runs while the Maples drew 13 more walks in Game 2. Kavonna Galloway hit a double and a triple while Alanna Diaz and Keira Iott each hit doubles.
Makena Arnold got the win and start before Ernst relieved with two runs, on no hits and five strikeouts.
Addison at Homer (DH)
The Panthers dropped a pair of Cascades Conference West Division games, 15-0 and 20-1.
Olivia Speelman hit a double for one of Addison's two hits on the day.
Girls Soccer
Adrian 5, Tecumseh 1
ADRIAN — The Maples picked up their first win against rival Tecumseh in five years behind a hat trick from Tatum Borton.
Borton was aided with goals from Jaleigh Niese and Sydney Chesher scored the other two goals. Niese, Borton, Ella Salenbien and Bridgette Alexander each had an assist while Riley Lahring made two saves.
Blissfield 7, Onsted 2
ONSTED — Avery Collins had another big scoring effort to lead the Royals to an LCAA win.
Collins scored five goals while Maddy Forche and Amelia Seiser scored the other two. Seiser had an assist along with June Miller and Hailey Sills while Arianna Drake made seven saves.
Clinton 13, Dundee 0
DUNDEE — The Redwolves scored early and often against the Vikings to win the LCAA match.
Aubrey Lauer continued her scoring onslaught with six goals while Anna Schaffner, Cylee Elkins and Kaylee Reiser all scored twice and Aby Ureche scored the other goal.
Schaffner added three assists while Reiser, Lauer, Ureche and Lillian Trubiano all had one assist.
Lenawee Christian 13, Bronson 1
ADRIAN — The Cougars went off on Bronson to pick up a third-straight win.
LCS is now 4-3 on the season.
Boys Golf
Tecumseh Invite
Many of Lenawee County's teams were on the links at the Tecumseh Invite where Tecumseh took third at 344, right ahead of Adrian's 345.
Temperance Bedford won with a score of 332.
Adrian's Carson Ritz won with a round of 71 while Tecumseh's Grant Simpson was second at 75, Adrian's Cayden Staib shot an 82 to take seventh while Blake LaJiness shot an 83 to take eighth.
Clinton took ninth (376), a shot ahead of Lenawee Christian in 11th (377) and Onsted shot a 379 to take 13th. Onsted's Connor Szul shot an 84 to tie for ninth while Connor Parisien shot an 85 to lead LCS and Jacob Rothman shot an 88 to lead the Redwolves.
Lacrosse
Saline 21, Tecumseh 3
SALINE — Tecumseh dropped an SEC matchup with the Hornets.
Tecumseh is now 4-7 on the season and 0-4 in the SEC.
TUESDAY
Baseball
Clinton at Onsted (DH)
Clinton handed Onsted its first two LCAA losses of the season by knocking off the Wildcats 6-1 and 10-4.
Quinn Walden gave up an unearned run, on two hits and four strikeouts to get the complete game win while Andy Fair had two hits with a triple and an RBI and Cade Brighton hit an RBI triple.
Xavier Gibbs took the loss for Onsted, giving up three runs (one earned), on four hits while striking out nine.
Fair had another strong game at the plate in Game 2, with three hits, two of which were doubles, five RBIs and a run. Jalen Stelzer was 3-for-3 with a double, RBI and two runs. Nik Shadley, Gavin Shores, Cole Breitenwischer and Calen Keith all had two hits.
Stelzer got the start, but Louie Della-Badia got the win as he tossed four shutout innings.
Luke Manders was 2-for-4 for the Wildcats with a double while JT Hill hit a triple with an RBI and scored a run. Hill took the loss on the mound.
Blissfield at Madison (DH)
Blissfield got an LCAA sweep against the Trojans, 4-2 and 8-4, to pull into first place in the league standings.
Ethan Stines got the Game 1 win, giving up two runs, on five hits while striking out six. Blake Wood went 2-for-4 to lead the way at the plate for the Royals.
Bryson Ballantyne took the loss, going 6.1 innings and giving up two earned runs, on eight hits and striking out seven. Brooks Horwath hit a home run for Madison while Brian Dopp hit a double.
Jack Deatrick got the win in Game 2 for Blissfield, striking out 11 while giving up three runs (one earned), on three hits in five innings.
Tyler Ganun was 3-for-4 with a triple while Wood added two more hits with a pair of doubles.
Cole Grof took the loss while Quinn Choinski went 2-for-3 with an RBI.
Hudson at Ida (DH)
Hudson dropped a pair of LCAA games in Ida, falling 4-1 and 6-4.
Bradley Bertram went 2-for-3 while Parker Seeger hit a double in Game 1. Liam Timm took the loss.
Seeger hit a double with two RBIs in Game 2 while RJ Thompson had a double and an RBI and Timm also hit a double. Liam Taylor took the loss on the mound.
Softball
Clinton at Onsted (DH)
Clinton rolled to a pair of LCAA wins against the Wildcats, 17-0 and 12-1.
Kendall Phillip struck out eight and fielded the ninth out in a three-inning win in Game 1. Annabell Preston was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Raven Aldridge was 2-for-2 with a double and Phillip was 2-for-2 with two RBIs.
Taryn Hernandez struck out nine and gave up four hits and a run in six innings in Game 2. Phillip was 2-for-2 with three RBIs and a home run while Preston was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and Kaylin Sposite hit a double with two RBIs.
Hannah Hill had two hits and a run for the Wildcats in Game 2.
Blissfield at Madison (DH)
The Royals got an LCAA sweep at Madison, winning 7-0 and 13-3.
Bella Treloar was outstanding in the circle in Game 1, recording 16 strikeouts while allowing four hits in a shutout and also hit a double with an RBI.
Maycie Valasek was 2-for-3 with two doubles while Nicole Brewer was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs and Mikayla Busdieker was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Camylie Sower took the loss in the circle while Jamairiah Powers went 2-for-3.
Treloar tossed four hitless innings in relief in Game 2 with nine more strikeouts. Leigh Wyman went 2-for-3 with a triple, three RBIs and three runs while Busdieker went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs and Brooklyn Fetzer went 2-for-2 with a double and four RBIs.
Natalia Wilson went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and three runs and Alexis O'Brien went 2-for-4 with two runs.
Micajah Briggs took the loss for Madison while Jazlyn Zaszczurynski and Sower each had two hits.
Hudson at Ida (DH)
The Tigers split a pair of LCAA games, beating Ida 2-0 in Game 1 before falling 12-6 in Game 2.
Teagan Arredondo tossed a complete game shutout in Game 1, allowing three hits and two walks while striking out seven. Jozlyn Weber drove in both runs.
Arredondo took the loss in Game 2 while Taylor Kopin had three hits and Amber Williams hit a double.
Boys Golf
Onsted Invite
Tecumseh won the Onsted Invite at Devils Lake with a 322 while Onsted took sixth (359), Hudson was seventh (363) and Lenawee Christian was eighth (364).
Grant Simpson was the medalist as he led Tecumseh with a 75 while Colin McDowell was third with Hudson's Logan Willis as each shot a 78 and Connor Parisien shot an 80 for Lenawee Christian.
Collin Gerken and Connor Szul led Onsted as both shot an 89.
Track and Field
Chelsea, Jackson at Tecumseh Tri
Tecumseh boys picked up an SEC White sweep against the Bulldogs and Vikings while the girls split with a win against Jackson and a loss to Chelsea.
AJ Bryan won the 100-meter (11.14) and 200 (22.72) and Bryan McCutcheon won the shot put (40-feet-7.5-inches) and discus (113-7) while Max Danley won the intermediate hurdles (41.32) and Declan Cornish won the high jump (6-2). Tecumseh's 4x800 team won at 8:47.53.
Amaria Brown won the high jump (4-10).
Adrian at Ypsilanti Tri
The Maples boys and girls each beat Ypsilanti while also falling to Pinckney in an SEC White tri-meet.
Ayda Skeels broke her own 3,200 record at 11:34.65 while also winning the 1,600 (5:09.92). Sophy Skeels won the 800 (2:38.51) while Jasmine Griffin won the 400 (1:04.00) and Ella Gotschalk won the discus (84-1).
Isaiah Fox won the high hurdles (15.38), intermediate hurdles (41.74) and long jump (21-1.5) while Matthew Canales won the boys 800 (1:55.86), Radon Love won the shot put (46-6) and Mystic Russell won the high jump (5-6).
Addison at Jonesville
The Addison girls won a Cascades dual, 76-53, while the boys fell 122-8.
Molly Brown won the high hurdles (14.92) with a new school record and the 100 (12.96) and 200 (27.18) while Stephanie Hernandez won the 1,600 (6:18.47) and 3,200 (13:38.55) and Sayra Hernandez won the 800 (2:35.87). Brown was joined by Taylor Jezierski, Ava Bread and Kayli Trumble to win the 4x100 (55.26) while the Hernandez sisters were joined by Kendalyn Perry and Jade Shaw to win the 4x800 (13:46.34).
Caroline Yoder continued to lead the strong Panthers throwers as she won the shot put (31-9) and the discus (97-0) while Perry won the pole vault (7-6) and Sayra Hernandez won the long jump (14-3).
Lucas Morse got the lone boys win in the pole vault (11-0).
Lenawee Christian at Britton Deerfield Quad
The Britton Deerfield girls beat Lenawee Christian while the boys flipped the script and both teams beat Emmanuel Christian and both lost to Erie Mason.
Izzy Brooks won the 800 (2:30.7) and the 1,600 (5:25.2) while Gigi Masters won the 400 (1:05.3) and both were joined by Emerson Holsopple and Ila Stewart to win the 4x400 (4:26.7). Sophie Samonek won the discus (89-3).
Britton Deerfield's Cayden Allhouse, Gabe Bishop, Maddox Dudek and Carson Johnson won the 4x100 (45.7) while Dudek also won the high jump (5-8).
Easton Boggs won the discus (128-11) for LCS while Brenner Powers won the long jump (20-1).
Whiteford at Sand Creek
The Aggies' girls beat Whiteford while the boys team fell in the TCC dual.
Tanana Emmedorfer won the 100 (13.54), 200 (28.06) and discus (103-4.50) and Lainey Johnston won the high hurdles (18.82) and the high jump (4-9) while Victoria Williams won the 400 (1:08.16) and Erin Alexander won the pole vault (8-00).
Alexander, Anahi Ramirez, Kayla Meszaros and Emmendorfer won the 4x100 (54.92) while Elise Wilkinson joined Ramirez, Williams and Meszaros to win the 4x200 (1:57.60).
Summerfield at Morenci
Morenci dropped both duals to Summerfield.
Michael Rising won the 200 (24.9) and the 400 (55.9) and Beau Shaffer won the 1,600 (5:17.3) and the 3,200 (11:54.1) while Wyatt Berger won the 100 (11.5) and discus (119-7) and Van Ekins won the intermediate hurdles (46.5). Rising, Shaffer and Ekins were joined by London Wilkins to win the 4x800 (9:18.9).
Leah Rorick won the high hurdles (16.8) and the intermediate hurdles (51.5) while Emma Williams won the 100 (13.4). Zoey Martinez won the shot put (29-7) and Makayla Nieman won the discus (96-5).
Jillian Borton, Kiana Castillo, Colbie Ekins and Williams won the 4x100 (55.0) while Borton, Castillo, Williams and Rorick won the 4x200 (1:58.0) and Castillo, Ekins, Williams and Rorick won the 4x800 (4:39.4).

ADRIAN — Despite the shutout, the Maples battled with Chelsea as many of the matches were close, including one tiebreaker match.

ADRIAN — The Maples knocked off the Bulldogs, avenging a 5-2 loss from earlier in the season.
Tatum Borton scored twice while Sienna Gauna had a goal and an assist while Jaleigh Niese had an assist.
Lily Hassan made four saves.
Lenawee Christian 5, Onsted 2
ADRIAN — The Cougars picked up a non-conference win against an in-county foe.
Callie Anderson had a hat trick and an assist while Gigi Masters scored twice. Brynn Davis and Ava Feick had assists as well.
Tecumseh 0, Ypsilanti 0
TECUMSEH — Tecumseh played the Grizzlies to scoreless draw in SEC White play.
Makayla Schlorf made 10 saves for the shutout.
Baseball
Adrian at Jackson
The Maples wrapped up Game 2, which was suspended from Monday, and won 16-1 before taking Game 3 and getting the sweep with a 17-2 win.
Tristan Hayes was 2-for-3 and got the win in Game 2, Julius Robichaud had a double and three RBIs. Robichaud won Game 2 while Hayes went 4-for-4, Sean Parker had two hits with a triple and five RBIs, Tyler Bruggeman had two hits, DJ Ott hit a double and Maverick Slavin was 2-for-2 with a double.
Addison 5, Homer 4
ADDISON — After splitting the Cascades Conference doubleheader on Monday, the Panthers took the series win on Wednesday.
Addison rallied for three runs in the bottom of the seventh capped by Gavin Gibson driving in the winning run. Josh Ray went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI and two runs.
Brodi Keegan got the win as he went two innings and gave up an unearned run, on one hit and one strikeout. Drew Spink got the start and went five innings, giving up three unearned, on four hits and five strikeouts.
Morenci at Lenawee Christian (DH)
LCS won its first two TCC games as it swept Morenci, 5-0 and 10-0.
Clymer tossed a no-hitter in Game 1, striking out 13 in the process.
Breznik hit a double while Tyler Salenbien went 2-for-2 with a run.
Nathan Daniels got the win in Game 2, allowing two hits in four shutout innings and striking out four while Blake Drogowski got six strikeouts in two shutout innings. Drogowski hit a triple while Easton Boggs and Eli Brainard each went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs while Breznik hit a double with two RBIs.
Chelsea 7, Tecumseh 6, 11 inn.
CHELSEA — Tecumseh dropped its first SEC White games of the season as it lost in extras to Chelsea in Game 3 after winning Game 1 and Game 2 at home Monday.
Rocco Williams got the start, giving up six runs (one earned), while Jeremy Bennett took the loss.
Williams was also 4-for-6 with a double and an RBI while Tyler Clement was 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI, Bennett had two hits with a double and Connor Bullinger was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Eli Bagby and Bryan Covel also had two hits each.
Frankel Jewish Academy 11, Britton Deerfield 7
BRITTON — The Patriots plated seven runs on only one hit as FJA committed five errors, but BD itself had six and took the loss.
Keegan Bush took the loss.
Softball
Morenci at Onsted (DH)
Morenci and Onsted split a doubleheader with the visiting Bulldogs winning a slugfest in Game 1, 27-17, before the Wildcats took Game 2 with good pitching, 9-2.
Addy Valentine got the win for Morenci and went 4-for-5 at the plate while Evelyn Joughin, Rowan Shaffer and Claire Gibbs each had three hits. Joughin added two hits in Game 2.
Megan Hunt got the win in Game 2 for Onsted, striking out nine and giving up no earned runs and two walks.
Sydney Keefe was 5-for-8 with a double, six RBIs and two runs on the day. Olivia Harding was 4-for-10 with a triple, double, three RBIs and five runs while Hannah Hill was 4-for-10 with a triple and three runs. Ashlynn Wilson went 4-for-6 with six runs while Hunt was 3-for-6 with three RBIs and three runs on the day and Alyssa Sims went 3-for-4 with a triple, double and three RBIs in Game 2.
Summerfield at Sand Creek (DH)
The Aggies picked up a pair of TCC wins by sweeping the Bulldogs, 12-7 and 8-4.
Makenna Wheeler had four hits and three RBIs in Game 1 while Scout Robinson and Maddie Osburn each had two hits and two RBIs. Lily Hawkins had two hits and two runs while Pickens had three hits and three runs.
Wheeler had three hits with two doubles and four RBIs while Sydney Marks had a two-run double and Carley Allen had two hits.
Pickens and Wheeler got the wins in the circle.
Tecumseh at Ann Arbor Huron (DH)
Tecumseh won a pair of SEC crossover games, beating the River Rats 7-2 and 12-0.
Natalie Petty went 2-for-3 with a home run, double and two RBIs while Lauren Kilbarger hit a double. Lucy Whelan went 3-for-4 with three runs, Wendy Ketola went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs, Bella Juozapaitis went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Emma Leitner went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and also got the win in Game 1.
Whelan went 2-for-3 with a triple and three runs while Leitner was 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, Jessie Wilkinson was 2-for-4 with a double, Kilbarger hit a double with an RBI and Juozapaitis went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs.
Ella Sattler tossed five shutout innings with two hits and three strikeouts.
Michigan Center at Addison (DH)
The Panthers lost to Michigan Center, 17-6, in Game 1 before winning Game 2, 12-7.
Laci Patterson went 2-for-5 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs in the win while Nevaeh Edison was 5-for-5 with three doubles and two runs and Nevaeh Haag hit a triple. Olivia Speelman went 2-for-5 with an RBI, Keira Wheaton went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Kalyn Trecy went 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
Speelman got the win in Game 2.
Laci Patterson went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two runs in Game 1 while Lexi Patterson was 2-for-3 with two doubles and a run. Edison had three hits with two doubles and four RBIs. Wheaton took the loss.
Ypsilanti Lincoln 18, Adrian 1
YPSILANTI — The Maples fell to the Railsplitters in a SEC crossover game.
Kavonna Galloway and Destiny Avila had the lone hits.
Track and Field
Blissfield, Hudson at Onsted
The Onsted boys and girls picked up a pair of LCAA wins as both the boys and girls team beat Blissfield and Hudson.
Hudson's boys and girls both defeated Blissfield.
Leading the Wildcat boys was Mitchell Hiatt in the 1,600 (4:45.87) and the 3,200 (10:33.32), Aidan Paquin in the 100 (11.46) and the intermediate hurdles (45.77), Griffin Amthor in the 200 (23.46) and Hunter VanZandt in the 400 (54.27).
Paquin and Amthor were joined by Cannon Ruttkofsky and Joey Denkins to win the 4x100 (44.83) while Brix Bumpus, Mason Chesser and Connor Kish joined Paquin to win the 4x200 (1:36.45). Amthor, VanZandt and Ruttkofsky were joined by Logan Irwin to win the 4x400 (3:41.51).
Carson Garrison won the shot put (37-11) and Parker Briggs won the discus (101-10) while Chesser won the high jump (5-8) and Ruttkofsky won the long jump (19-11).
The girls got wins from Emmry Ross in the 400 (57.59), 800 (2:15.07) and 1,600 (5:22.98) and Hadley Ross in the 200 (28.75). Reagan Brosamer and Alison England joined Hadley and Emmry Ross to win the 4x800 (10:28.67).
Hudson girls got wins from Nakia Rath in the 100 (13.07) and Elci Rogers in the high hurdles (19.07) and intermediate hurdles (55.20). The boys got a win from Grayson Bills in the high hurdles (17.46). Jayla Bright, Rylie Bloomer, Rogers and Darcie Marry won the 4x400 (4:47.47).
McKenzie Daugherty won the discus (110-07) while Emmalin Rodifer won the high jump (5-0) and Alex Czeiszperger (12-0) and Annabelle Czeiszperger (8-6) won the pole vault.
Blissfield boys got a win from William Marks in the 800 (2:07.81) while Hailey Sills won the girls 3,200 (12:46.04). Layla Smith, Reanne Smith, Michaiah Franklin and Madeline Forche won the 4x100 (55.67) while Forche and Reanne Smith were joined by Reilan Saylor and Peyton Tennant won the 4x200 (1:58.15). Marks was joined by Jackson Vandenbusche, Ian Waddell and Evan Vore to win the 4x800 (9:10.16).
Tennant won the shot put (31-11) and Layla Smith won the long jump (15-6).
Madison at Dundee Tri
The Trojans girls beat both Dundee and Ida while the boys both lost to the Vikings and Bluestreaks in a pair of LCAA duals.

Christiana Allen, Madaline Goldmeyer, Nevaeh Parish and Morgan Bennice-Carol Byles won the 4x100 (53.72) before Tatum Wilson joined Allen, Goldmeyer and Bennice-Carol Byles to win the 4x200 (1:53.08). Alisha Loredo, Juliana Leonard, Ashlyn Hill and Elizabeth Hacker won the 4x800 (11:30.39).
Madelyn Bailey won the pole vault (8-6).
Dominic Velasquez won the 200 (24.22) for the boys and was joined by Elijah Crate, Derrell Tillman and Jalonn Bordres to win the 4x100 (45.41).
Hillsdale at Clinton
The Redwolves dropped both duals against the Hornets with the girls falling 68-35 while the boys lost 81-56.
Brenden Benschoter won the 200 (24.09) and long jump (19-1.25) and Lucas Goodman won the 800 (2:08.53) while Samantha Coots won the 800 (2:32.34) and Allison Bowles won the 1,600 (6:32.74). Mason Brodie won the shot put (50-7) and discus (133-5) while Isabella Szubielak won the discus (25-8).
Justin Clemer, Ethan Holmes, Tim Isyk and Joseph Lombardo ran the 4x200 (1:59.35) and Goodman, Eric Ramsey, Cole Hillegonds and Gabe Manchester ran the 4x800 (10:54.42).
Boys Golf
Lenawee Christian TCC Jamboree
ADRIAN — The Cougars defended The Hills of Lenawee to win another TCC Jamboree with a score of 182.
LCS topped second place Summerfield by nine shots while Whiteford (205) was third, Sand Creek (218) was fourth, Britton Deerfield (227) was fifth and Erie Mason (236) was sixth.
Connor Parisien led LCS and Logan Shiels for BD were tied as medalists as each shot a 39. LCS' Max Stamats was third at 43 and Parker Bell was seventh at 48. Colin Johnson of BD was eighth at 50 and Sand Creek's Jonathan Fisher was ninth at 51.
Lacrosse
Temperance Bedford 6, Tecumseh 5
TEMPERANCE — Tecumseh fell in SEC play to the Kicking Mules by a goal.
Alexis Miller had three goals while Gabby Brigman and Jayden Polly each scored once.

Onsted at Tecumseh (DH)
Tecumseh and Onsted split a doubleheader with Tecumseh taking Game 1, 7-1, before falling in Game 2, 9-8.
Jeremy Bennett hit a grand slam in the opener while Rocco Williams was 2-for-3, Max Bledsoe was 2-for-4 with an RBI, Ramiro Perez was 2-for-3 with a double and Eli Bagby was 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Palmer Ziemer got the win, giving up one run, on five hits and three walks while striking out five.
Gabe Amsdill took the loss while Xavier Gibbs and Alex Schmidt each had a pair of hits.
Hunter Kelley and Quinn Hiram each had two hits to lead Onsted to the Game 2 while Talan Hutchinson got the win going 4.1 innings in relief before Logan Boellner got the save.
Williams was 3-for-5 with three RBIs for Tecumseh while Tyler Clement was 2-for-5 with two RBIs, Austin Kane had two hits with a double and Bryan Covel had two hits. Kaden Noe took the loss in relief.
Summerfield at Sand Creek (DH)
The Aggies earned a league split, falling 2-1 before taking Game 2, 9-2.
Reid Hulett took the loss despite going 8.2 innings and giving up two runs, on two hits and striking out three.
Ivan Wilkinson went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and two runs in Game 2 and got the win going six innings and giving up two runs, on six hits and striking out five. Parker Bowles was 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs while Jacob Kaufman was 2-for-3 with a double while Jacob Schamberger was 2-for-4 and Dane Morrin had two hits with two RBIs.
Ann Arbor Greenhills 10, Blissfield 5
BLISSFIELD — The Royals took a non-league loss as they were held to three hits.
Blake Wood took the loss on the mound.

READING — The Bulldogs dropped a non-conference game.
Zachary Stevens hit a triple while Landon Hobbs took the loss.

Hudson at Adrian (DH)
Hudson won a pair of road non-league games by beating the Maples, 20-4 and 16-4.
Brooke Clark drove in three runs with a triple for the Tigers in Game 1 while Dinah Horwath was 2-for-2 with a double, RBI and four runs and Ryen Rogers was 2-for-3 with a double, four RBIs and two runs. Teagan Arredondo, Taylor Kopin and Keegan Shaffer all had two hits with Shaffer getting the win.
Horwath went 2-for-3 with a triple, three RBIs and three runs in Game 2 while Arredondo had hits with a double and an RBI, Rogers had two hits with a double and an RBI and Malia Gayer had two hits with a double. Kopin had two hits with two RBIs while Clark and Sam Anderson each had two hits with an RBI.
Arredondo got the win.
Keira Iott went 2-for-3 in Game 1 with an RBI for the Maples while Ciara Ernst and stole two bases. Hailey Vetitoe went 2-for-2 with a double and two runs while Ernst hit a double with an RBI. Ernst and Vetitoe took the losses in the circle.
Clinton at Jackson Northwest (DH)
The Redwolves won a pair of road non-league games, beating the Mounties 4-2 and 14-4.
Kendall Phillip dealt 15 strikeouts in Game 1 while allowing no earned runs, on seven hits and three walks. Annabell Preston went 3-for-4 with a triple while Taryn Hernandez had two hits with two RBIs and Phillip drove in two with a hit.
Hernandez got the Game 2 win with two runs, on eight hits and six strikeouts while going 3-for-4 with a double and four RBIs. Phillip was 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, Preston was 2-for-3 and Lola Szczesniak hit a two-run double.
Morenci at Concord (DH)
The Bulldogs split a pair in Concord, winning 7-6 before falling 2-0 in Game 2.
Morenci trailed 4-0 when Rylee Frederick hit a double, Evelyn Joughin knocked her in, followed by a Zoey Martinez RBI single and later an Addyson Valentine two-run triple and a Claire Gibbs RBI sac bunt to take the lead. Valentine got the win with eight strikeouts.
Game 2 was a pitcher's dual with each team only getting two hits, but Concord's came with two runs.
Addison at Reading (DH)
The Panthers lost Game 1 to the Rangers, 20-5, before tying Game 2, 5-5.
Addison didn't record a hit in the tie while Olivia Speelman tossed four innings and gave up five runs (two earned) on six hits and a walk while striking out four.
Nevaeh Edison went 2-for-2 with two RBIs in Game 1 while Keira Wheaton hit a triple and took the loss.
Girls Soccer
Blissfield 9, Dundee 0
BLISSFIELD — Avery Collins went off again as the Royals picked up a first-half mercy of the Vikings in LCAA play.
Collins had six goals and an assist while Arianna Drake got the shutout in net.
Clinton 8, Ida 0
CLINTON — The Redwolves kept rolling through LCAA play as they shutout the Bluestreaks.
Clinton got five goals from Aubrey Lauer while Anna Schaffner had two with an assist. Kaylee Reiser had a goal while Cylee Elkins had an assist and Jacklyn Whiting had the shutout.
Onsted 4, Hillsdale 0
ONSTED — The Wildcats bounced back after back-to-back losses to pick up an LCAA win in a shutout.
Onsted is 7-6 and 3-3 in the LCAA after winning three games all of last season.
Monroe 3, Tecumseh 2
TECUMSEH — Tecumseh fell in an SEC crossover game against the Trojans.
Tecumseh is 4-6-2 on the season.
Boys Golf
Jackson Lumen Christi Titan Invite
Clinton played at Cascades Golf Course where the Redwolves finished seventh out of 18 teams with a score of 350.
Onsted shot a 377 while Madison shot 385.
Jacob Rothman led Clinton with an 83 while the Wildcats were paced by Robbie Six and Collin Gerken as each shot a 92.
Tecumseh at Ann Arbor Pioneer Tri
Tecumseh lost a pair of duals to SEC White rival Chelsea and Pioneer of the SEC Red.
Tecumseh shot a 176 to trail the Bulldogs' 162 and the Pioneers' 169.
Lacrosse
Pinckney 8, Tecumseh 7
TECUMSEH — The Tecumseh boys dropped a heartbreaker against the Pirates in SEC White play.
With the loss, Tecumseh is now 7-5 and is 6-2 in SEC White play with league games against Ypsilanti Lincoln and Jackson to go. Tecumseh can still split the SEC White with Dexter (8-2) with a pair of wins while Pinckney can also earn a share if it beats Chelsea.
Girls Tennis

PINCKNEY — The Maples dropped an SEC White match, falling to the Pirates.
Lauren Fisher and Clara Memon won at No. 2 doubles while Emma Pino and Kirsten Hess won at No. 4 doubles.

Onsted Boosters Invite
The Madison girls and Onsted boys took first at the Onsted Boosters Invite.
Leading Onsted to the win was Mitchell Hiatt in the 1,600 (4:38.27) and 3,200 (9:58.93) while Aidan Paquin won the 100 (11.46) and the intermediate hurdles (42.58) while Griffin Amthor won the 200 (23.27) and Logan Irwin won the 400 (53.22).
Amthor and Paquin joined Connor Ruttkofsky and Joey Denkins to win the 4x100 (44.83) and Connor Kish joined Ruttkofsky, Paquin and Amthor to win the 4x200 (1:33.25). Irwin, Ruttkofsky and Amthor were joined by Hunter VanZandt to win the 4x400 (3:41.41). Mason Chessher won the high jump (6-5).
Leading the Madison girls was Tatum Wilson in the intermediate hurdles (50.61) and was joined by Madaline Goldmeyer, Nevaeh Parish and Jillian Kendrick to win the 4x200 (1:48.28) while Madelyn Bailey won the pole vault (7-6). Goldmeyer, Parish and Kendrick were joined by Christiana Allen to win the 4x100 (51.84).
On the boys side, Blissfield's Jackson Vandenbusche won the 800 (2:03.94) and was joined by Evan Vore, Ian Waddell and William Marks to win the 4x800 (8:28.03) while Madison's Jalonn Borders won the high hurdles (16.31) and the pole vault (12-6). Clinton's Mason Brodie won the shot put (51-5.25) and discus (146-09).
For the girls, Addison's Molly Brown won the 100 (12.64) and high hurdles (14.97), Lenawee Christian's Gigi Masters won the 200 (27.24), Onsted's Emmry Ross won the 400 (57.15), 800 (2:15.80) and 1,600 (5:07.35) while Blissfield's Hailey Sills won the 3,200 (12:20.81). LCS won the 4x400 with Izzy Brooks, Emerson Holsopple, Ila Stewart and Masters (4:21.71) while Onsted's Raegan Brosamer, Alison England, Hadley Ross and Emmry Ross won the 4x800 (10:18.94).
Addison's Ava Beard won the shot put (31-2), Clinton's Kaylie Livingston won the discus (104-03) while her teammate Morgan Hill won the high jump (5-0).
Stockbridge Invite
Both the Tecumseh boys and girls took second at the Stockbridge Invite while Whiteford boys won and Chelsea girls won.
Madison Morris won the 800 (2:34.10), 1,600 (5:27.99) and 3,200 (11:58.12) for the girls while AJ Bryan won the 100 (11.12) and 200 (22.83) and Grant Fahle won the 3,200 (10:32.14) for the boys. Declan Cornish, Max Danley, Alex Lichtner and Ryan Mossburg won the 4x400 (3:30.68).
Manchester Metrics
Napoleon won both Manchester Metrics meets while the Sand Creek, Morenci and Britton Deerfield boys took seventh, eighth and ninth.
The Sand Creek girls tied for third while Morenci was sixth and Britton Deerfield took ninth.
Saline Golden Triangle
Adrian took part in the Saline Golden Triangle meet.
Matthew Canales won the 800 (1:54.05) with a new school record.
Softball
Blissfield at Columbia Central (DH)
Blissfield swept Columbia Central in a non-conference doubleheader, 1-0 and 5-2.
Game 1 went eight innings where Bella Treloar tossed a one-hit shutout with one walk and 18 strikeouts. Alyssa Barnhardt drove in the winning run on a sacrifice bunt.
Treloar led the way in Game 2 as well, going 4-for-4 with a double while tossing three more shutout innings in relief for the win, striking out six and not allowing a hit or walk. Nicole Brewer gave up two runs, on five hits and two walks while striking out six.
Natalia Wilson went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, Maycie Valasek went 2-for-4 and Savannah Stalker was 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI.
Hudson at Camden Frontier (DH)
The Tigers swept a road doubleheader, beating Camden Frontier 16-1 and 19-2.
Teagan Arredondo went 5-for-7 with three RBIs, two doubles and six runs and got the win in Game 2. Dinah Horwath was 5-for-6 with a double, five RBIs and five runs while Taylor Kopin was 5-for-6 with four RBIs and five runs and Sam Anderson went 3-for-6 with a four RBIs, a triple and three runs.
Brooke Clark was 1-for-3 with a triple, double, three RBIs and a run while Ryen Rogers was 3-for-6 with five RBIs and two runs. Keegan Shaffer got the win in Game 1.
Boys Golf
LCAA Jamboree at Whiteford Valley
OTTAWA LAKE — Dundee pulled into a tie with Blissfield for first place in the LCAA standings after the Vikings and Royals took first and second at the jamboree of the season.
Dundee shot 162 while Blissfield carded 166 followed by Ida (169), Madison (170), Clinton (172), Hudson (176), Onsted (179) and Hillsdale (189).
Madison's Lucas Dopp was the medalist with a 36 while Jacob Rothman of Clinton and Brayden Fetzer tied for fourth carding 39s. Madison's Jayden Holly shot a 40 to take sixth while Blissfield's Matthew Houttekeir shot a 41 to take eighth. Hudson's Logan Willis, Clinton's Brandon Ruhl and Blissfield's Trey Bris-Bois all shot 42 to tie for 10th.

Salem 14, Tecumseh 4
TECUMSEH — Alexis Miller and Emily Burgess each scored twice in a loss in a non-conference game.
Tecumseh is 4-9 on the season.

Adrian at Onsted (DH)
Onsted won a pair of slugfests, 25-19 and 15-11, in a non-league doubleheader.
Olivia Harding had seven hits on the day including a double, an RBI and five runs while Alyssa Sims had seven hits as well with three doubles, five RBIs and two runs. Hannah Hill had five hits with a triple, three RBIs and four runs and Ashlynn Wilson had five hits with a double, two RBIs and six runs.
Sydney Keefe had three hits, five RBIs and six runs while Sofia Priest had three hits, four RBIs and five runs. Eva Barber and Megan Hunt got the wins.
Hailey Vetitoe had five hits with a double, seven runs and two RBIs for the Maples and took the loss in Game 1 while Keira Iott went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run and Kavonna Galloway hit a double. Ciara Ernst took the loss in Game 2.
Madison at Quincy Tournament
The Trojans fell to Parchment 7-3 to open play before beating Quincy, 7-3.
Roni Flores went 3-for-3 while Camylie Sower took the loss in the circle.
Sower rebounded for the win in the second game, giving up three unearned runs, four hits and no walks while striking out 10. Flores had two hits with a double while Caylan Sower went 2-for-2 with a double and a triple while Camylie Sower drove in two runs and Micajah Briggs hit a home run.

Blissfield 15, Hanover Horton 9
BLISSFIELD — The Royals picked up a non-league win behind 15 runs on 10 hits.
Blake Wood went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and four runs while Kipp Fisher went 2-for-3 with a triple, three RBIs and a run. Dove Eitzen went 2-for-4 with two runs while Lucas Cantrell went 2-for-4 with two runs. Preston Iffland took the loss.
Tecumseh at Ypsilanti Lincoln Tournament
Tecumseh avenged an early season loss by beating Dundee, 10-6, before falling to the host Railsplitters, 14-2, in five innings.
Connor Adamski went 4-for-4 with a double and three RBIs against the Vikings while Ramiro Perez went 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI and Connor Bullinger went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs.
Max Bledsoe went 2-for-2 with a double in the second game. Ryan Knight took the loss while Mason Tuberville got the win.
Monroe SMCC at Hudson (DH)
The Tigers dropped both games of a doubleheader, 7-3 and 6-2.
KJ Walker went 4-for-5 while Bradley Bertram hit a triple on the day.
Liam Timm took the loss in Game 1 while Liam Taylor took the loss in Game 2.

Farmington Invite
Addison took part in the Farmington Invite where Molly Brown took third in the 100 (13.13) and sixth in the high hurdles (16.07).

ANN ARBOR — Tecumseh dropped a fourth-straight game as it fell to Gabriel Richard in a non-league game.
Tecumseh is 7-6 on the season.
