Team of the week: San Marcos. Rattlers pitcher Adelaida Sierra had an impressive week, striking out a school-record 18 batters and hitting two home runs in a 5-4 win over Hutto in nine innings. The school record that Sierra broke? It belonged to current Rattlers head coach Catherine Stoughton McBride, who set the record for San Marcos in the very first UIL state softball tournament.
