The Lubbock Christian University women, ranked No. 8 in NCAA Division II basketball but tied for seventh in the Lone Star Conference, are back home on Monday to make up a rescheduled game.

LCU (17-4, 6-3) hosts Oklahoma Christian (0-14, 0-5) at 5:30 p.m. at the Rip Griffin Center. The game originally was scheduled for Jan. 8. Oklahoma Christian has lost 15 games in a row dating to last season.

LCU started the season 11-1, but suffered three losses in an eight-game stretch from Dec. 31 through Thursday. That cost the Lady Chaps a No. 1 national ranking and position in the conference standings. They now trail two LSC teams with one conference loss and four teams with two conference losses.

LCU is tied in winning percentage with Angelo State (7-10, 4-2), which upset the Lady Chaps on Thursday in San Angelo. LCU won 83-61 on Saturday at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin behind a career-high 24 points from senior Channing Cunyus.

Senior guards Allie Schulte and Ashton Duncan lead the Lady Chaps with scoring averages of 12.6 and 10.5 points per game, respectively.

Oklahoma Christian's Brooklin Bain, despite playing on a winless team, is the conference's fourth-leading scorer. The freshman guard averages 16.0 points per game.
