Kendall Lamm, key offensive lineman, re-signed by Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are re-signing left tackle Kendall Lamm, a league source said Tuesday.
Lamm, 31, started eight games for Miami last season and was solid.
Lamm said in a social media post that this will likely be his final NFL season.
This is a very important depth addition.
Starting left tackle Terron Armstead is a Pro Bowler but he's missed 11 of 34 regular-season Miami games over the past two seasons due to injury.
Miami has signed Jack Driscoll, who can be a backup to Austin Jackson at right tackle.
Miami could still draft a starting guard in the first two rounds later this month.
Troy Fautana of Washington and Graham Barton of Duke are particularly impressive.
Or Miami could add a veteran guard between the draft and Week 1.
For those keeping score Dolphins now have two Kendalls (Kendall Fuller, Kendall Lamm), two Cams (Cam Smith, Cam Goode), and three Jalens (Jalen Ramsey, Jaelan Phillips, Jaylen Waddle).

Miami has lost top guard Robert Hunt, but by bringing back Armstead, who restructured, and Lamm, and also signing new starting center Aaron Brewer, it should be competitive unit.
According to Pro Football Focus, Lamm allowed only four sacks in 613 snaps last season.
