Kansas three-star linebacker gets USC offer

Michael Boganowski, a three-star athlete in the class of 2024 out of Junction City, Kansas has received an offer from the USC Trojans.

After USC missed out on its three priority linebacker targets in this 2024 recruiting class, with Tyanthony Smith and Jordan Lockhart committing to Texas A&M and Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa committing to Notre Dame, they are heavily attacking the 2024 linebacker class.

The Junction City native is a top-400 prospect. Boganowski is ranked No. 399 in his class on the 247 Sports Composite. He’s also listed as the No. 35 linebacker and No. 1 prospect in the state of Kansas.

Boganowski is a playmaker on offense and defense, but he will make the biggest impact at the next level on defense as a linebacker.

The biggest appeal of Boganowski is his versatility. He’s 6-2 and weighs 205 pounds. He’s a freak athlete who will only get better at the linebacker position this year and at the next level in college.

The Kansas native has offers from Oklahoma, Stanford, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee and many more.

Boganowski finished with 123 total tackles (67 solo, three for loss), four interceptions, one forced fumble, one passing touchdown, two rushing touchdowns in 2022.
