The AFC championship game against the New England Patriots is in four days, but Jacksonville Jaguars supporters aren’t quite done trolling the Pittsburgh Steelers after the team’s divisional-round win.
One Jacksonville bakery found a deliciously petty way to belittle Ben Roethlisberger, sending the quarterback a box of seven baked turnovers – one for each turnover Roethlisberger had in the Steelers’ two losses to the Jaguars this season (six interceptions and one fumble).

“Dear Big Ben,” the caption reads, “We wanted to thank you for the amazing season so far. Beating you this year not once BUT twice in the Burgh….well that was amazing! We appreciated the turnovers you gave us over our season so in return we wanted you to get a TASTE of 7 turnovers. So here are our very best Apple, blueberry and Cherry turnovers! Sincerely, the amazing City of Jacksonville or as you know it SACKSONVILLE.”
In addition to the seven turnovers, five in the Steelers’ October loss to Jacksonville, and two more on Sunday, the Jaguars sacked Roethlisberger four times over the two games. In October, the Jaguars returned two interceptions for touchdowns, and on Sunday, the fumble was returned for a touchdown.
Cinotti’s Bakery began in Cleveland, Ohio but has been in Jacksonville since 1955, when the founder moved to the city with his family and has been passed down through the generations. The shop has been producing Jaguars donuts, complete with frosting in the team’s signature teal color, during this playoff run.
Roethlisberger and the Steelers aren’t just the butt of the joke in Jacksonville: in part to “stick it” to the quarterback and team, Bengals fans have been donating to the charity of Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles to show their thanks for knocking their hated rivals out of the playoffs.
