The three-star 6-foot-4, 280-pound offensive lineman from Joplin, Missouri showed out so well during last summer’s prospect camp in Ames in June, that Campbell offered a scholarship on the spot. Saturday, that offer became a commitment.

After choosing the Cyclones over Eastern Michigan and Kansas State, Holt joins a class that’s ranked fifth in the Big 12, and 42nd nationally, according to the 247.com web site.
