Instant analysis of Ravens’ 16-10 win over Browns
The Baltimore Ravens were able to pull out a 16-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 12 to move to 8-3 on the season. Baltimore currently owns the top seed in the AFC through 12 weeks, and the Ravens were also able to keep a hold on their AFC North lead.
The first half was an extremely sloppy one, as there were five total turnovers and just nine points scored between the two teams, as Baltimore led 6-3 at halftime. The second half wasn’t much better, but the Ravens were able to prevail in the end and pick up a key divisional win.
Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson struggled with interceptions, throwing four of them over the course of the game. He looked a bit rusty overall, finishing the contest completing 20-of-32 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown as well as his four interceptions. He also contributed 17 carries for 68 yards on the ground.
The defense for the Ravens stepped up in a big way, holding the Browns to just 262 total yards. They forced two big turnovers and also held the NFL’s best rushing offense to just 2.4 yards per carry on the ground despite not having Calais Campbell, as he was out with a concussion.
Baltimore hasn’t blown many teams out this season, instead playing plenty of close games. However, they have found ways to get the job done almost every time, and their record shows how resilient they’ve been all season long
