Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 7 matchup

Running back Derrick Henry and the Tennessee Titans (3-2) come off their bye week to host quarterback Matt Ryan's Indianapolis Colts (3-2-1) in a pivotal AFC South showdown.

Ryan, the NFL's second-leading passer this season, had a bounce-back performance in Week 6 and will look to keep the momentum going on the road. Meanwhile, Henry, Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee offense hope to put their week of rest to good use in a game with big ramifications in the division. Sunday's kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET from Nissan Stadium.

Here's a look at the betting details and USA TODAY's NFL staff picks for the Colts vs. Titans Week 7 game:

Lorenzo Reyes: Titans 25, Colts 20

Coming off the bye, I love Tennessee in this spot. The Titans have slowly progressed, winning three in a row before their week off. I just don’t trust Indianapolis, which needed to come from behind to beat the Jaguars and still has turnover issues even though it had its first turnover-free game of the season.

Safid Deen: Titans 24, Colts 16

This game will come down to which star running back carries the load. And with Jonathan Taylor questionable with an ankle injury, I like Derrick Henry and the Titans to win at home.

Lance Pugmire: Colts 24, Titans 21

Matt Ryan rode the momentum of the comeback victory in Denver to another victory versus the Jaguars thanks to Michael Pittman Jr. And the flawed, but gritty, team’s hope now is that Jonathan Taylor returns from his ankle injury.
