Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 6 game

The Jacksonville Jaguars (3-2) return to their actual home after winning two games in London. They have yet to capture a win at EverBank Stadium this season, but hope to do so against AFC South foe the Indianapolis Colts (3-2).

The Jaguars handled the Atlanta Falcons then upset the Buffalo Bills while playing overseas.

The Colts won 23-16 last week against the Tennessee Titans, snapping their seven-game home losing streak. The game marked Jonathan Taylor's return, but Zack Moss was the star of the show with 23 carries for 165 yards and two touchdowns. Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered a shoulder injury and could miss up to a month. Indianapolis will turn to Gardner Minshew in his absence.

The Jaguars won the season opener against their division rival 31-21. Trevor Lawrence went 24-of-32 for 241 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. The team welcomed wide receiver Calvin Ridley with eight receptions for 101 yards and one of the scores.

Tyler Dragon: Jaguars 24, Colts 21

Jacksonville has won two straight games, including a big win over the Bills. Playing on U.S. soil for the first time in three weeks, the Jaguars should get the win over a Colts team that’ll be without rookie QB Anthony Richardson for a while.

Victoria Hernandez: Jaguars 27, Colts 20

The Jaguars have lots of momentum after winning two games, including against the mighty Buffalo Bills. Trevor Lawrence and Calvin Ridley continue to jell with Travis Etienne Jr. feeling good after a two-touchdown performance. The Colts will be hurting without Anthony Richardson and won't been able to find a rhythm.

Safid Deen: Jaguars 24, Colts 20

Anthony Richardson’s shoulder injury is disappointing because this AFC South matchup against Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars will be a staple in the division for years to come. Gardner Minshew has managed the Colts offense well, but the Jaguars found their spark in London and will take care of Indy at home in Jacksonville.
