Ice Cream Tacos Will Be Your Summer Obsession
Rolled ice cream has been taking over your Instagram feed for the past two summers. The trend - which is made with an ice cream base on a cold plate that's turned into a roll using two spatulas - is getting a revamp at Sweet Cup, an ice cream shop in California that's serving the treat in waffle cone tacos.
It's kind of like the new and improved version of Choco Taco (still love you forever, Choco Taco). The catch? You can only get them on Tuesdays for ~Taco Tuesday~. The flavors vary from s'mores and strawberry shortcake to rainbow road, which gives off major unicorn vibes.

If you happen to hate unicorns, they also have a charcoal black coconut taco that's topped with edible gold.
Their most popular taco is the Monsters Inc. It's made with vanilla ice cream that has chocolate chip cookies and Oreos in it, and it's served in a blue taco. It's then topped with whipped cream, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate drizzle.
