Highlights from Cardinals’ ‘Red & White’ practice on Saturday

The Arizona Cardinals held their annual Red & White Practice on Saturday at State Farm Stadium. It is the most attended practice.

Safety Budda Baker was presented with his framed Pro Bowl jersey and there was more 11-on-11 work in practice.

Baker honored

The Cardinals present their Pro Bowl players from the previous season with a framed Pro Bowl jersey every year at this practice.

Yards after catch from Greg Dortch

If the Cardinals can get a few plays like this going this season every game, the offense will open up.

Tune to Dortch TD

The first touchdown of Saturday’s practice was a throw from rookie quarterback Clayton Tune to Dortch.

Near INT by Isaiah Simmons

Colt McCoy attempted a throw into the end zone to rookie receiver Michael Wilson. It was overthrown and Simmons nearly picked it off.

 

First of 2 Michael Wilson TDs

Working the goalline offense, Wilson made a nice move keeping outside leverage on rookie cornerback Kei’Trel Clark for a five-yard touchdown reception from McCoy.

James Conner 'mosses' Budda Baker

The first-team offense got a highlight play from running back James Conner. He makes a leaping catch in the end zone over Budda Baker.

Another Wilson TD

McCoy finds Wilson for second touchdown inside the 10.
