How fast did Kentucky players run the 40 at 2024 NFL Combine? Latest from Indianapolis
Louisville football cornerback Jarvis Brownlee made the most of his Senior Bowl experience.
Besides being named the top cornerback on the American team — voted on by American team receivers — Brownlee improved his draft stock with an interception. The Florida native has a chance to increase it even more as 14 players with Kentucky ties compete at the 2024 NFL Combine.
Quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs are scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday. Offensive linemen are set for 1 p.m. Sunday. Both days will be broadcast live on the NFL Network.
Brownlee isn’t the only player from the state whose draft stock has continued to climb. Western Kentucky wide receiver Malachi Corley has the chance to become the Hilltoppers’ highest NFL draft pick and is one of two Western Kentucky players — along with quarterback Austin Reed — set to compete at the combine. Pro Football Network projects Corley, a former two-star recruit from Campbellsville, as a top-64 pick in the NFL draft, which is set for April 25-27.
