The final details for FC Cincinnati's next match were long-awaited for the club's fans. FCC clinched its progression in the MLS Cup playoffs eight days earlier with a penalty-kicks win to secure a sweep against New York Red Bulls on Nov. 4. Cincinnati learned its playoff opponent four days after that when the Union clinched their sweep of New England Revolution.

The kickoff date and time were announced during the final MLS Cup playoffs first-round match, which Columbus Crew won to advance from their series against Atlanta United.

That set up the following single-elimination conference semifinal matchups:

  • Cincinnati-Philadelphia - Saturday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. at TQL Stadium (east)

  • (West) No. 2 Seattle Sounders FC vs. No. 3 LAFC - Sunday, Nov. 26 at 9:30 p.m. (eastern); Lumen Field in Seattle.

All the matches will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV while the Houston-Kansas City match will be carried on linear TV via FS1. The four winners reach the conference finals on Dec. 2-3. The MLS Cup championship match will be on Dec. 9.
