HALFTIME REPORT: Alabama leads Arkansas 24-14

After a back and forth first half No. 2 Alabama leads the Arkansas Razorbacks 24-14.

The Alabama defense started the game off strong, shutting out the Razorbacks in the first quarter. But Arkansas found its rhythm in the second quarter scoring 14 points.

Offensively Alabama has been balanced and explosive. Brian Robinson Jr. has punished Razorback defenders for 65 yards on 16 carries. Bryce Young and the Alabama passing game is putting on a clinic. Young is 14-19 for 287 yards and three touchdowns. John Metchie and Jameson Williams have been the top playmakers for the Tide. Metchie has six catches for 122 yards and one touchdown. Williams has totaled 121 yards on four catches and two touchdowns.

Alabama will get the ball to start the second half. Let’s see if the Crimson Tide can capitalize and add to its lead.
