Gators release uniform schedule, to wear classic combo vs. Utah

Florida football officially released its uniform schedule on Thursday via Twitter which features the color combinations for each game this fall. Among those listed are the Gators’ duds for the season-opener against the Utah Utes, in which they are slated to don their traditional orange helmets with the Gators script along with blue jerseys paired with white pants.

The Orange and Blue will stick with to color scheme for its matchups with the Kentucky Wildcats and USF Bulls at home before switching to their road scheme of orange, white and blue, respectively, against the Tennessee Volunteers. They then return home to the original combo against the Eastern Washington Eagles, Missouri Tigers and LSU Tigers the following three games.

When Florida heads to Jacksonville to face the Georgia Bulldogs on October 29, they will be wearing the orange, white and blue colors, respectively, as well as for its following game against the Texas A&M Aggies. The matchup with the South Carolina Gamecocks will feature an orange, blue and blue scheme, while the Vanderbilt game will have orange, white and orange.

Finally, for their trip up to Tallahassee this season to face off with the Florida State Seminoles, the Gators will wear orange helmets, white jerseys and white pants.

The first game of the season is slated to start at 7 p.m. EDT in the Swamp on September 3. The game will be broadcast on ESPN, can be streamed on the ESPN app and heard on the Gators Radio Network.
