Full results, records broken: BTC retains title at Vermont Swim Association championships
Last year, Burlington Tennis Club ended a decade drought in sweeping the league and state championships.
This summer, BTC stormed to a repeat.
One week after retaining the Champlain Valley league crown, BTC secured the second of back-to-back state titles at the Vermont Swim Association championships held at Upper Valley Aquatic Center in Hartford this past weekend.

Led by brothers Jacob and Simon Russell's record-setting performances, BTC racked up 3,611 points to seize the Division I title; St. Albans earned runner-up with 2,548 points. Brattleboro (Division II), Upper Valley Rapids (D-II), Connecticut River Valley (D-IV) and Woodstock (D-V) also were crowned divisional winners.
