Jimenez and Iwobi scored twice to help Fulham thrash Forest 5-0 at Craven Cottage. Origi went close to netting his first Forest goal, but he curled a low shot from outside the box around the post. Fulham controlled the rest of the match and scored the opening goal in style. Their quick counter was finished by Iwobi, who got on the end of Willian’s cross from the left to tap in. The Cottagers then doubled their advantage four minutes later. Pereira rolled a pass into Jimenez, who thumped his effort into the top corner. The former Wolves man scored again after the break to net his first brace since January 2020. Jimenez pushed away Aina and dribbled past Vlachodimos before backheeling his shot into an open goal. Iwobi then added his second and Fulham's fourth. Wilson's cutback from the right went straight to him, with Iwobi having the easiest of finishes from close range. Captain Cairney then scored the final goal to complete the route. He made the most of a mistake in the Forest defence and curled his strike past Vlachodimos.
