Franklin

The Sabers surged up our rankings with victories over Racine Park, Kenosha Bradford and Badger. In the Tuesday 2-1 road win at Racine Park, junior Sammi Adams and senior Lauren Naesar each scored while sophomore Elyse Severson was credited with an assist. On Thursday at home in a 7-0 win over Kenosha Bradford, senior Sydney Bollis led scorers with two goals and an assist, while junior Maddie Lemke, junior Olivia Devereaux, sophomore Brenna Nichols, junior Keira Mueller and Naeser each added a goal. Senior Ella Lemke, sophomore Adelyn Maier, Devereaux and Nichols were credited with assists as well in the win. In Friday's 4-0 win over Badger, Nichols scored a hat trick while Naeser rounded out the scoring with a goal and Devereaux added an assist. Senior goalkeeper Ayla Rathke shut out two teams in goal for all 80 minutes, tallying five total saves on the week. Franklin was scheduled to host Kenosha Tremper on Tuesday, and then travel to Greendale on Thursday and Mukwonago on Saturday.

The Prairie School at New Berlin Eisenhower, 4:30 p.m. Wednesday: Our No. 9 and No. 10 teams meet in a matchup of teams expected to compete in Divisions 4 and 3, respectively.

Kenosha Christian Life at Racine Park, 4:30 p.m. Thursday: A nonconference meeting of two teams considered for our top 10 rankings this week meet at Pritchard Park.

Milwaukee King at Milwaukee Reagan, 7 p.m. Thursday: City Conference teams off to undefeated starts in league play meet to establish a foothold in the conference title race.
