Former Withrow player Chris Henry Jr. invited to 2025 Under Armour All-America game

Former Withrow High School student Chris Henry Jr. has earned an invite to the Under Armour All-America Game in 2025, which would be in the middle of his junior year.

Henry will participate in the prestigious event in Orlando, which will include a camp and all-star games. The date for the 2025 event has not been announced, but the 2024 game was Jan. 3.

Henry, a sophomore, had 71 catches for 1,127 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season, helping the Tigers set a school record for wins as they went 12-2 and reached the Division II regional finals.

He and his brother Demarcus, a freshman, left Withrow in January to move to North Carolina. Both were starters on the Withrow basketball team. Their new school has not been announced.

They are the sons of former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry, who died in 2009. Chris Henry Jr. is an Ohio State commit. He recently announced an offer from Oregon.

Henry was first-team All-Ohio in Division II.

Their sister, Seini Hicks, is an Ohio State commit in basketball. She was honored on senior night at Purcell Marian Feb. 2. Hicks played the first nine games of the season for Purcell but was ineligible for the rest of the season under transfer rules.
