Former Vols in the NBA: Nov. 19 recap

Two former University of Tennessee basketball players competed in the NBA Friday and another was inactive.

In Boston, the Celtics defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, 130-108, at TD Garden.

Forward Grant Williams started for Boston and played 28 minutes. He totaled five points, three rebounds and two assists against the Lakers.

Williams was 2-for-4 from the floor and went 1-for-3 from beyond the 3-point arc.

Josh Richardson came off the bench for Boston and logged 29 minutes. He finished the contest with 15 points and four rebounds.

Richardson was 5-for-11 from the field, 1-for-3 from long range and 4-for-6 from the free throw line.

In New Orleans, the Clippers dropped a 94-81 decision to the Pelicans at Smoothie King Center.

Rookie Keon Johnson was inactive for Los Angeles.
