Former Packers coach Joe Barry lists Suamico house for $1.2 million

SUAMICO — Former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Joe Barry listed his house in Suamico for $1,199,900.

Barry now is the linebackers coach and run game coordinator for the Miami Dolphins. The Packers parted ways with Barry after the 2023 season. He was quickly hired by the Dolphins.

The house at 2363 Crown Point Blvd. is on a private lake in the Hunters Run subdivision. It is 4,397 square feet with five bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It is on .43 acres just north of the Barkhausen Waterfowl Reserve, and includes a breakfast bar, kitchen with a large center island with quartz countertops, large rec room and hot tub. It also has a 3-1/2 stall garage. Hunters Run offers a beach, private lake, tennis courts and more.

Barry bought the house in March 2021 for $698,000, according to Brown County land records.

Barry coached in San Francisco, Tampa, Detroit, San Diego, Washington and Los Angeles before joining the Packers in 2021. He was a defensive coordinator in Detroit and Washington. He also coached at the college level.

  • 1750 Limestone Trail, Ledgeview, owned by former Packers running back Ahman Green. The house, which includes five bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms and a four-car garage, is on 1.21 acres. It is listed for $1.7 million. Green is retired from football.

  • 1071 Hill Drive in Hobart, owned by former Packers defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila. The property, which includes a main house and guest house with a total of 14 bedrooms and 14-1/2 bathrooms, lists for $3.988 million. Gbaja-Biamila is retired from football.
