Florida picked up yet another Auburn defensive lineman in the transfer portal.

Tyrone Truesdell, former Auburn defensive tackle, announced he was transferring to the University of Florida on Monday morning. Truesdell will play alongside former Auburn Tiger Daquan Newkirk on the d-line.

Truesdell left Auburn at the start of fall camp and now joins the Gators just five days before the season starts. He was expected to be Auburn’s starting nose tackle but left the program for undisclosed personal reasons. Tony Fair, the former UAB product, is now expected to fill in for Truesdell.
