First half stats from Bears vs. Bucs

The first half of the Chicago Bears’ Week 7 matchup against the reigning Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been an ugly one, as evidenced by the 35-3 beatdown at the half.

Chicago’s offense has been atrocious with the exception of running back Khalil Herbert, who has 91 yards on 13 attempts (7.0 average) against the NFL’s best rushing defense that was allowing 54 yards per game.

Aside from that, it’s been ugly. The defense has struggled to pressure Tom Brady, who is having his way with Chicago with four first-half touchdowns, and this thing is going to get uglier.

Here are the first-half stats.
