Eric Bledsoe posts triple-double, Suns defeat Mavericks

Eric Bledsoe earned a triple-double with 16 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds to lead the Phoenix Suns to a victory over the Dallas Mavericks, 124-115. The Suns put together a very efficient performance, turning it over on only 12 possessions while totaling 30 assists. This is the fourth consecutive win for Phoenix (16-14).

Bledsoe shot 6-19, including 1-7 from three-point range. He put up three steals as well. Other top contributors for Phoenix included Alex Len with 17 points and seven rebounds, and Isaiah Thomas with 12 points and seven assists. On 6-8 shooting from the field and 10-12 from the free throw line, Tyson Chandler scored 22 points for Dallas in the loss. He also registered 14 rebounds. Monta Ellis contributed 15 points and six assists and Rajon Rondo finished with 13 points and eight assists.

This drops Dallas (20-10) to 0-2 versus Phoenix on the season.

Coming up, the Suns battle the Sacramento Kings, who are 12-16 on the season. The Mavericks meet the Los Angeles Lakers, currently sitting at 8-19 this year. The Suns have a 0-1 record against Sacramento this season. The Mavericks have a 1-0 record against Los Angeles this season.
