El Paso Eastwood, Mason jump up in the last edition of the 2023 West Texas Power Rankings

Week 11 of Texas high school football is in the books, so it's time for the last edition of the West Texas Power Rankings before the playoffs begin.

The West Texas Power Rankings are a weekly series from multiple high school football reporters in West Texas coming together to vote on who the best teams are in Classes 6A through 2A. The top 6A team received 10 points, the second received nine points and so on. The top 5A/4A and 3A/2A teams received 15 points. The totals were tallied, and we ranked each team by composite score.

Voters: Paul Witwer (San Angelo Standard-Times), Stephen Garcia (Lubbock Avalanche-Journal), Joey Richards (Abilene Reporter-News), Felix Chavez (El Paso Times), Harte Pisani (Amarillo Globe-News) and Jonathan Hull (Wichita Falls Times-Record-News).
