Eagles' A.J. Brown nearly hit by car during charity bike ride, jokes it was Cowboys fan
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown said he was nearly hit by a car during a charity bike ride Saturday.
Brown was participating in the sixth annual Eagles Autism Challenge, a bike ride which raises money for research. The wideout was livestreaming on Instagram Live when the video suddenly showed his phone fall to the ground.
AJ Brown was almost taken out by a vehicle on his bike ride this morning while participating in the Eagles Autism Challenge race, via his IG Live. 😬

Brown later said on social media that a driver ran a stop sign and he dropped his phone to avoid being hit by the car. Most importantly, he said he was fine.
I’m fine everyone lol. Someone ran the stop sign😡 . I didn’t fall off my bike, I just dropped my phone and got out of the way . Stay safe everyone 👍🏽

Brown then joked that the driver was a Dallas Cowboys fan.

Brown joined the Eagles in 2022 after spending his first three seasons with the Tennessee Titans. The wideout had 88 catches, 1,496 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns last year and helped the Eagles reach Super Bowl 57.
The Eagles Autism Foundation hosts the Autism Challenge. The foundation was started by Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie in 2018 and has raised over $22 million for autism research and care programs, according to its website.
