Dylan Crews named a finalist for AAU Sullivan Award

Dylan Crews has been named one of the six finalists for the prestigious 93rd AAU James E. Sullivan Award.

The AAU Sullivan Award is given annually to the top amateur athlete, whether at the collegiate or Olympic level. The six finalists were chosen from a group of 25 and stood at the top of their respective sports.

Joining Crews are Iowa women’s basketball star Caitlin Clark, UCLA gymnast Jordan Chiles, Tennessee swimmer Jordan Crooks, Virginia swimmer Kate Douglass and Purdue basketball star Zach Edey.

Crews won the Golden Spikes Award this past season as the top player in college baseball, and he was named the SEC Player of the Year for the second time. He ultimately became the No. 2 pick in the 2023 MLB draft behind his teammate, Paul Skenes.

LSU fans can vote for Crews to win the AAU Sullivan Award here.
