Get down, Mack Brown: North Carolina coach dances with players after wild win at Appalachian State

Get down, Mack Brown.

The North Carolina football coach and former Appalachian State football coach showed off some dance moves in the locker room after a wild win in Boone on Saturday.

The Tar Heels took a 20-point lead into the fourth quarter but had to fend off two conversion attempts to keep the Mountaineers from taking it.

Ultimately, UNC wound up with a 63-61 victory in their highest combined-scoring game ever.

And that made Brown feel like dancing.

The 71-year-old hall of famer said: "They have turned this into a place that is very difficult to play,'' of Appalachian's Kidd Brewer Stadium, where an attendance record was set with more than 40,000 spectators Saturday.

This isn't the only time Brown's broken it down. Videos of his locker room dances after a win over South Carolina and when the Tar Heels earned bowl eligibility in 2019 after beating rival NC State also went viral.
