Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill calls out Cowboys LB Micah Parsons again

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill’s 2023 campaign is off to a great start. After predicting that, this year, he’d become the first player to have 2,000 receiving yards in a season, the 29-year-old has recorded 16 receptions for 255 yards and a league-leading three touchdowns through two games.

Off of the field, Hill is putting in work in the content business as well.

On a recent episode of Hill’s podcast “It Needed to be Said,” the wideout took an opportunity to take a shot at Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons.

“Micah Parsons, I saw on Twitter that you said something to me,” Hill said. “You said that I’m a baby lion. Let me tell you something about that. Let me tell you something real quick, Micah Parsons. When we play you December [24th], on Christmas [Eve], I have a present for you. I know you’ve seen my little clip where I was blocking the d-end. I’m big like that. You better watch your back because I’m gonna blindside you. I’m gonna show you that game who the real lion is. You feel me? I’m gonna show you that game. Like I said, baby, I’m the cheetah and the lion. I’m the real hybrid on the field, baby. So, mess with it.”

Hill and Parsons have had their history, but it’s all fun, as that Christmas Eve matchup is one that the two have had circled for months.

While Hill’s co-host, Julius Collins, was trying to give the linebacker props, the wideout sounded like he was going to agree, but he just doubled down on the attacks.

“I ain’t gonna lie, Micah Parsons different,” Hill said. “Any dude that sits on stream with a box of oatmeal pies beside his desk, is different. Micah Parsons is a different dude.”

Parsons responded in kind.

The game was going to be entertaining before, but these shots back and forth make it that much more anticipated.
