Detroit Pistons re-sign Saben Lee to three-year deal
The Detroit Pistons have reached a deal with one of their three restricted free agents.
Saben Lee, the 38th pick of the 2020 NBA draft, is returning to the Pistons on a three-year deal, a league source confirmed to the Free Press. Lee, who was on a two-way contract last season, emerged as a steady rotation player for Detroit and is considered a core piece for the franchise.

In 48 games, Lee averaged 5.6 points, 3.6 assists and two rebounds in 16.3 minutes per game. He also logged seven starts. He was a three-year standout at Vanderbilt, averaging 18.6 points and 4.2 assists during his junior season.
Lee is expected to join the Pistons' Las Vegas summer league roster. Detroit will play its first summer league game on Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder at 8:30 p.m.
