Game notes: The Pistons will try to end a three-game losing streak, but will be doing so without 2021 top pick Cade Cunningham. Cunningham's shin injury will keep him out this week. The Raptors will be missing some of their best players; Pascal Siakam (who leads the team in points (24.8), rebounds (9.3) and assists (7.7), has missed the team's past five games with an adductor injury and won't play Monday. Fred VanVleet has a glowing 4.9 assist-to-turnover ratio and is shooting 42% on eight 3-point attempts per game, but is out with an illness. Toronto is 2-4 over their last six.
Up next for the Pistons is a road game at 10:30 p.m. Thursday vs. the Los Angeles Clippers. The Raptors will be home for the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
