Dan Uggla: Getting "Breather" Soon?

Update: Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez has been thinking of giving Uggla a "breather," the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

Recommendation: Uggla hasn't been out of the lineup once this season, but it seems he could get a day off soon. The Braves' second baseman has just seven hits in his last 62 attempts, leading Gonzalez to say, "I’ve been with him for 6 years. I know what he’s capable of. I know you have to have patience with him, keep supporting him like we have been, give him a breather every once in a while, and I don’t need to worry about him." It seems there's a chance this "breather" will come as soon as Friday against Washington.
