College football recruiting: Latest Division I offers for Stark County's Class of 2025
As spring approaches, the college football recruiting process is about to heat up high school players across the country. In Stark County, 16 players, in particular, are receiving the most interest. Here's a look at the 16 and their offers:
Top Prospects
Nolan Davenport, Massillon
6-foot-6, 270, offensive lineman
Notable offers: Kentucky, Cincinnati, Louisville, Purdue, West Virginia
Latest offers: Michigan State, Missouri, North Carolina State, Stanford, Indiana
After one year at left tackle, Davenport is close to 30 offers. The All-Ohio lineman has already made unofficial visits to Big 10 schools. No ruling out where Davenport might land between now and his senior season this fall.

Dante McClellan, McKinley
6-2, 210, linebacker
Notable offers: USC, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisville, West Virginia
Latest offers: Michigan State, Indiana, Missouri
McClellan added Michigan State to the list of schools he is considering after making his trip to East Lansing In February. Over the weekend, he visited Missouri unofficially and plans to make an official visit on June 21-23. Other schools McClellan is considering are USC, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisville and West Virginia.
Jonathan Stangl Central Catholic
6-8, 310, offensive lineman
Notable offers: West Virginia, Marshall
Latest offers: Army, Western Kentucky, UMass
Stangl, who has helped the Crusaders boys' basketball team make a run to a district title, has started to pick up momentum in recent weeks. The two-year starter landed his biggest offer from West Virginia in late January. He's received seven more offers since. Stangl has started both at left and right tackle in the last two seasons.
Charlie Christopher, Lake
6-1, 220, linebacker
Notable offers: Ball St., Dartmouth, Penn, Miami (Ohio)
Latest offers: Army, Navy, Air Force, Buffalo
After being initially on the radar of MAC schools, Christopher has received offers from the Ivy League and military academies. The middle linebacker, who will be a senior this fall, has nine offers total.
Tyler Hackenbracht, Massillon
6-2, 206, defensive Back
Notable offers: Toledo, Ohio, Bowling Green
Latest offers: Temple, Miami (Ohio)
Hackenbracht has committed to Toledo since January. He's received four more offers in the MAC.

Nino Hill, Canton McKinley
6-1, 185, running back

Hill recently became a three-star running back, according to 247sports.com. The McKinley tailback has nine total offers,
Dior Garner, McKinley
6-foot-4, 285, defensive lineman
Notable offers: Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Miami (Ohio), Central Michigan
Latest offers: Coastal Carolina, Ball St., Eastern Illinois, Buffalo
Last year, Garner held only an offer from Bowling Green. The two-way lineman now carries 10 offers and has picked up momentum over the last month.
Vito McConnell, Massillon
6-4, 220, linebacker
Notable offers: Temple, Bowling Green, Kent St., Miami (Ohio)
Latest offers: Marshall, Dartmouth, Buffalo
McConnell's production as a first-year starter has started to go unnoticed. He now has six offers. McConnell provides good size for a linebacker as he continues his rise as a Division I prospect. McConnell committed to Miami (Ohio) on Tuesday.
