Browns re-sign Jadeveon Clowney, preserving Myles Garrett's preferred D-end partnership

The Browns got a penalty on “Monday Night Football” against the Pittsburgh Steelers for something you don’t see too often.

Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct after throwing the yellow shoe of Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool. The play came on a third-and-10 play early in the second quarter.

To quote the great Austin Powers, "Who throws a shoe?

The penalty gave the Steelers a first down. Three plays later, the Steelers scored a touchdown on a five-yard touchdown from quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to wide receiver Diontae Johnson.

The touchdown help put the Steelers ahead 7-0.
