Replay: Bengals beat Chiefs in AFC Championship rematch

The Cincinnati Bengals (7-4) host the Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) in a rematch of last year's AFC Championship game. Cincinnati beat Kansas City 27-24 in overtime to earn a spot in Super Bowl 56.

After beating the Chiefs twice in January, the Bengals look to make it three in a row this calendar year, but the Chiefs are considered by many to be the best team in the NFL right now.

Kansas City is a 2.5-point betting favorite and the over/under point total is set at 52.5, according to Tipico Sportsbook. The Bengals are 8-3 against the spread this year while the Chiefs are 4-6-1.

Bengals take lead on Joe Burrow's touchdown pass to Chris Evans | Bengals 27, Chiefs 24

After Germaine Pratt forced Travis Kelce's first fumble of the season, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow completed an 8-yard pass to running back Chris Evans to put the Bengals back in front.

The 10-play, 53-yard drive took up 4:58 of game clock.

Evan McPherson converted the point after.

The Chiefs take over with 49 seconds left before halftime and will receive the second-half kickoff.

Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was flagged for offensive pass interference, his second penalty of the game. Chase was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct for taunting the Chiefs secondary after Tee Higgins' touchdown catch.

Cincinnati wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was flagged for an unsportsmanlike penalty after the touchdown. He'll be ejected from the game if he gets flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct again.

The Cincinnati Bengals took the opening drive down the field and used up nearly seven minutes of game clock. Quarterback Joe Burrow capped off 11-play, 75-yard game-opening scoring drive with a 4-yard touchdown run and kicker Evan McPherson converted the PAT to put the Bengals up 7-0.

The scoring play was Burrow's fifth rushing TD of the season and 10th of his career.
