Check out the top 60 Shore boys basketball players from the Class of 2024
While there are some talented underclassmen making their mark throughout the Shore Conference during the 2023-24 boys basketball season, it's the seniors who have driven the narrative through much of the current campaign.
Now it's their performances over the next month that will help secure titles and cement legacies, before many go on to leave their mark at the next level.
Here's a look at 60 of the best from the Class of 2024 this season, with more highlights to come as the postseason approaches.

1 Matt Hodge, 2024, 6-8, F, St. Rose
The Villanova commit has lived up to his ranking as one of the top talents in New Jersey, scoring 38 points against Rutgers Prep, 30 against the Patrick School and 27 against St. Benedict, with the Purple Roses favorited to win their first Shore Conference championship, and first NJSIAA title since 1977.
2. Gio Panzini, 2024, 6-5, F, St. Rose
While Panzini does not have a solid Division I offer yet, it likely won't be long before he has one thanks to his play of late, leading the Purple Roses to a comeback win over Ramapo and a road win against reigning SCT champions Manasquan.
3. Kai Barckley, 2024, 5-9, G, Toms River South
Emerging as a catalyst for the team's rise this season, Barckley is averaging 16.9 ppg., having topped 30-points three times this season, including 31 points in a recent win over Shore.
4. D.J. Orloff, 2024, 6-6, F, Howell
Orloff has been among the Shore's most prolific scorers all season, averaging 19.5 ppg and 9.7 rpg., producing a string of double-doubles, getting 26 points and 11 rebounds in a recent win over Middletown North.
5. Miles Chevalier, 2024, 6-3, G, Central
A key contributor during the Golden Eagles' rise this season, Chevalier is averaging 15 ppg. and 6.2 rpg., including 23 points against Jackson Memorial and Toms River North, while scoring his 1,000th career point recently.

6. Alex Konov, 2024, 6-7, F/G, Manasquan
Konov helped Manasquan win the SCT and NJSIAA Group 2 titles last season, hitting 53 last season while battling in the paint as well. He missed two weeks with an injury this season but has been back since early January, averaging 14 ppg.
7. Drew Buck, 2024, 6-3, G/F, Ranney
Stepping up as the Panthers' leader this season, Buck is averaging 14 ppg., scoring 30 points against Tottenville (N.Y.), 28 against Freehold Borough and 19 points against both CBA and Raritan.
8. James Vallillo, 2024, 6-3, F, Holmdel
After missing his junior season with an injury, Vallillo has made the most of his final season, leading the Hornets with 15.2 ppg. and 6.2 rpg., including a 14-point, 13-rebound performance against Freehold. Borough.
9. Nick Rigby, 2024, 6-2, G, Rumson-Fair Haven
Has been a solid contributor for one of the Shore Conference's top teams this season, scoring 17 points in a win over Manalapan, 16 against Jackson Memorial and 13 in a win over St. John Vianney.
10. Tyler Burnham, 2024, 6-6, C, Red Bank Catholic
The Delaware football commit is averaging 13.1 points, and had a double-double, with 20 points and 11 rebounds, against St. Rose, while getting 19 and 11 against Freehold Township for the Caseys.
11. Anthony Leger, 2024, 6-3, G, Manalapan
Leger has played his best basketball over the past month, averaging 15.6 points over a recent five-game stretch, including 19-point games against both Red Bank Catholic and Lacey.
12. Peter Noble, 2024, 6-2, G, CBA
A three-year starter, Noble has played a key role in the Colts' resurgence this season, hitting for 20 points against Colts Neck, to go with 15 points against both Mendham and West Morris in holiday tournament wins.
13. Colin Cavanaugh, 2024, 5-10, G, Red Bank Catholic
Averaging 13.4 points and nearly three assists-per-game, Cavanaugh has been a model of consistency at both ends of the court, while producing 23-point games against both Donovan Catholic and Matawan.
14. Christian DiGiso, 2024, 5-11, G, Freehold Borough
DiGiso has produced winning stat lines all season for the Colonials, including 13 points, nine rebounds and seven assists against Southern, putting up impressive assist numbers, including eight versus Ranney, to go with 10 points and six rebounds.
15. Owen Baker, 2024, 6-0, G, Toms River North
While averaging a team-best 13.9 points, Baker has had some big individual games, including a 34-point outburst against Colts Neck, 20 points against Holmdel and 19 against both Pinelands and Matawan.
16. Steven Scimone, 2024, 5-11, G, Marlboro
Averaging 14.6 ppg., Scimone has scored in double figures in all but two games this season for the Mustangs, averaging 23.2 during a recent five-game stretch, including 28 against Allentown and 23 against St. John Vianney.
17. Ben Kipnis, 2024, 6-3, F, Holmdel
While his scoring numbers are down from a year ago, Kipnis has played a huge role in the Hornets' success as a team, including 10 points and nine assists against Freehold Borough, and a 22-point, 8-assist game against Freehold Township.
18. Mike Belcher, 2024, 6-3 G/F, Colts Neck
Averaging 15 ppg., Belcher has only failed to reach double figures once this season, while pouring in 23 points against CBA, 17 against Marlboro and 15 against Toms River North.
19. Alex Gargiulo, 2024, 6-0, G, Raritan
While the Rockets have struggled on the court, Gargiulo has continued to perform well, averaging 16.5 ppg. for the season, to go with 2.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists, topping 30 points once and 20 on three other occasions.
20. Peter Da Cruz, 2024, 6-5, F, Long Branch
It's been a breakout season for Da Cruz, averaging 15.8 ppg. and 7.6 rpg. for the Green Wave, highlighted by a 26-point, 12-rebound game against St. John Vianney, and 17 points and 23 rebounds against Wall.
