What channel is Rutgers-Ohio State on today? Time, TV schedule for Scarlet Knights game
With Rutgers already 6-2 and bowl eligible, there are inevitably going to be some who say the Scarlet Knights have already overachieved.
Rutgers, however, has an opportunity to shock the world Saturday against No. 1 Ohio State, which earned the top spot in the season's first College Football Playoff rankings.
Greg Schiano was 12-22 (6-21 vs. Big Ten) heading into this year. In 2023, the Scarlet Knights are 3-2 in the conference with wins over Northwestern, Michigan State, and Indiana. Gavin Wimsatt and Rutgers will go up against one of the top defenses in college football in Ohio State, as the Buckeyes look to defend their top spot.
Ohio State receiver Emeka Egbuka is expected to rejoin Marvin Harrison Jr. in the OSU corps, giving Kyle McCord a big weapon back in the passing game. This game is a huge "show-me" game for Schiano's program. It will be on the Scarlet Knights to rise to the occasion as heavy underdogs.
