During ACC action, Louisville women's basketball has averaged the largest home attendance in the league, with 8,400 per game.

The fans have yet to see the 15th-ranked Cardinals lose at home this season, going 12-0 at the KFC Yum! Center. That record will be put to the test Thursday, when U of L faces No. 14 Notre Dame.

"I'm hoping to get 10,000-12,000 (people) in here," Louisville coach Jeff Walz said. "I know it's a 6 (o'clock) start instead of the traditional 7, but I'm hoping we get a loud crowd in here. If you appreciate good basketball, I mean, everybody talks about wanting the opportunity to come out and watch good basketball, we can't put any better out here for you.
