What channel is the Bills game on? How to watch Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins

ORCHARD PARK - Because Week 4 of the 2023 NFL season is a FOX doubleheader day, the league did not have the option of putting Sunday afternoon’s AFC East showdown between the smoking hot Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills in the 4:25 p.m. larger viewing window.

It certainly could have made it the Sunday Night Football game on NBC, but no one knew when all of this was put together back in the spring that Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers would be out for the season by the time New York was set to host the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.

Remember, the Jets were a hot story the moment Rodgers was traded from Green Bay, and putting him on SNF against Patrick Mahomes seemed like a good idea at the time. Now, it’s probably a dog game with Zack Wilson quarterbacking the Jets.

Flex it out in favor of Bills-Dolphins, you say? Not possible because flex scheduling isn’t allowed for SNF before Week 5. So, while the showdown at Highmark Stadium, with CBS’ top announcing crew, will be shown to approximately half the country according to the 506 Sports TV coverage map, it won’t have the massive audience it could have for what is being deemed the early-season game of the year.

Here’s all the broadcast and early betting information:
