Cardinals elevate RB Damien Williams, CB Bobby Price for game vs. Rams

The Arizona Cardinals announced some roster moves on the eve of their Week 6 matchup on the road against the Los Angeles Rams. They elevated two from the practice squad.

They elevated running back Damien Williams and cornerback Bobby Price.

Running back Corey Clement had been elevated the last two weeks.

With James Conner out with a knee injury and on injured reserve, the Cardinals will turn to Keaontay Ingram and Emari Demercado for the running game. We will see what role Williams ends up having. They also have Tony Jones, but only having been with the team since the start of this week, he might not be active.

Price will likely play special teams. The Cardinals will not have safety Jalen Thompson, as he injured his hamstring.

Antonio Hamilton will play in the slot in Thompson’s place, so they will use three cornerbacks rather than three safeties.

The Cardinals and Rams kick off from SoFi Stadium Sunday afternoon at 1:25 p.m. Arizona time.
