Browns Twitter reacts to release of former Deshaun Watson teammate DeAndre Hopkins
Let the rumors begin! After the Arizona Cardinals parted ways with Pro Bowl wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, the Cleveland Browns immediately jumped near the top of the list of likely destinations for the new free agent. And his connection with Clemson Tiger and Houston Texan teammate Deshaun Watson plays a big role in that linkage.
And Browns Twitter got right to work with pursuing the idea of reuniting the pair in Northeast Ohio. This includes one of the newest members of the Browns in defensive end Za’Darius Smith as well. Here is how Browns fans and media reacted to the news of Hopkins’ release.
