Bronson's Bloom named to MHSIBCA Bowling Dream Team
BRONSON – This past Sunday the Michigan High School Interscholastic Bowling Coaches Association (MHSIBCA) held their annual postseason banquet to celebrate the 2023-24 season.
During the banquet, the MHSIBCA announced its annual Dream Team for the 2024 season, and the final roster had a little bit of local flavor to it.
Earning a spot on the 2024 Girl’s Bowling Dream Team was Bronson senior Hadassah Bloom.
Inclusion on the Dream Team includes bowlers with the best career resumes from each division, plus an extra pick from the division of the Mr./Ms. Bowler recipient and one wild card selection who had the next best resume.
Bloom has been a key fixture in the lineup for Bronson over the past four years, a span that includes one Division Four team state championship in the 2022 season.
Individually Bloom advanced to three state championship finals, earning the top seed this past year before falling in the quarterfinals.
Joining Bloom on the Girl’s Dream Team for 2024 is Ms. Bowler, Elizabeth Teuber of Fint Powers Catholic Central; Hannah Reid of Flushing; Rebekah Muzyk of Goodrich; Chloe Manifold of Hillsdale; Paige Shankland of Clinton; and Coach Anthony DiLaura of Zeeland East.
