Broncos and Rams to square off on Christmas Day

The NFL continues to unveil games for the 2022 NFL season in advance of the full schedule being released on Thursday, and the latest announcement involves a game during the holiday season. On Tuesday morning the league announced that the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Rams would be squaring off on Christmas Day next season.

The game will pit the defending Super Bowl Champions against the Broncos, now led by Russell Wilson. In addition, the game will air not just on CBS, but on Nickelodeon as well. During the past two seasons, Nickelodeon has aired a playoff game, which has worked to introduce the NFL to a new generation of fans, and even some older ones…

This will be the first meeting between the two teams since the 2018 season, when the Rams beat the Broncos 23-20. The Rams — albeit the St. Louis Rams — also won the meeting in 2014 by a final score of 22-7.
